Brandi Keddell, MA, CCC, CCS
With over 25 years of experience, I’ve supported children, youth, adults, and families through life’s most challenging moments.
Whether you're navigating complex emotions, facing personal trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship stress, or simply feeling stuck - you don’t have to go through it alone.
I’ve worked across diverse settings - nonprofits, mental health teams, Indigenous communities, and court-approved programs. These experiences have deeply informed my practice and shaped how I support clients today.
My approach is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I’m committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care that aligns with your unique needs and goals.

A grounded, supportive space for children, youth, adults, and families to navigate life’s challenges, foster meaningful change, and heal.
Alongside counselling services, clinical supervision is available for helping professionals seeking thoughtful, collaborative support in their clinical practice. Supervision provides a space to reflect on client work, strengthen clinical skills, explore ethical and professional considerations, and deepen self-awareness—all within a respectful, trauma-informed approach.

Rates & Billing
Extended Health Benefits & Direct Billing
If you have extended health coverage, counselling services may be fully or partially covered through your provider (under Certified Canadian Counsellor / CCC coverage). Please confirm your specific plan details prior to your session.
To make care as accessible as possible, I direct bill to most major insurance providers and submit claims on your behalf, you are only responsible for any remaining balance at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments (no-shows) will be billed at the full session rate.
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of your appointment via cash, e-transfer, or credit card. A detailed receipt will be issued promptly upon payment for your records or manual tax/insurance submission.
